Kebab Sapphire Special


Alhamdulillah, the new recipe I created for Sapphire's fund raising business, got positive feedback from the customers. We named it 'Kebab Sapphire Special'. =)


We have sold almost 50+ pieces to students in kyuem for only a couple of days.
i sincerely hope that everyone was satisfied with the taste of our 'air tangan', although the kebabs were VERY oily (we couldnt avoid the oiliness)


here is the recipe:

inner: chicken burger and potatoes, cooked with the mixture of garlic,
onion, and blended dried chillies, and of course, a little bit of salt and sugar.

outer: bread covered with egg
