Haizumawati's Recipe Book

Last week, I received an email from Imperial Student Funding about Ready Steady Cook 

competition. The rule is pretty simple; create a meal (main course with either a starter/dessert) 

which includes these ingredients: chicken, tomatoes, leek, onion, and mango.

 And I thought, why not give this a shot? I need to cook anyways, might as well just include those

ingredients. So I did. I made a recipe book, just for fun. I'm quite glad that I didn't really hope to 

win cos if I did, I'd be crying right now 'cos I never heard back from them regarding my entry lol.

My recipe is really childish, so, no wonder! :))

Kebab Sapphire Special

Alhamdulillah, the new recipe I created for Sapphire's fund raising business, got positive feedback from the customers. We named it 'Kebab Sapphire Special'. =)


We have sold almost 50+ pieces to students in kyuem for only a couple of days.
i sincerely hope that everyone was satisfied with the taste of our 'air tangan', although the kebabs were VERY oily (we couldnt avoid the oiliness)


here is the recipe:

inner: chicken burger and potatoes, cooked with the mixture of garlic,
onion, and blended dried chillies, and of course, a little bit of salt and sugar.

outer: bread covered with egg
